Recently, Eleme officially launched its new AI assistant "Xiao E" across the country. This intelligent agent, based on large model technology, is designed to provide comprehensive support and services for millions of Blue Knights (riders). Through this AI assistant, riders can complete food delivery more efficiently, reduce their workload, and enhance their work experience.
The launch of "Xiao E" marks a major innovation in the domestic food delivery industry. Riders only need to use simple voice activation to "Xiao E" to perform tasks such as accepting orders, confirming arrival at the store, and checking promotions, greatly reducing the steps of manual operations. Currently, half of the Blue Knights have started to actively use this smart assistant, fully experiencing the convenience it brings.
In addition to basic operational support, the AI assistant "Xiao E" also has the ability to provide proactive services. It can analyze the rider's real-time location, order status, and environmental data, and proactively push important information, such as weather warnings, road closure notifications, and rights reminders. This function helps reduce risks during the delivery process, allowing riders to deal with various emergencies more confidently.
Additionally, "Xiao E" also has the capability of personalized intelligent analysis. It provides insights such as "where there are more orders" and "current income estimates" based on the rider's historical data and surrounding order heat maps, helping riders optimize their order-taking strategies and improve work efficiency.
To further assist new riders, Eleme introduced the "Mentor Driver" feature in pilot cities. This service will provide full-time companionship and guidance for new riders during their delivery period, ensuring they can cope with various situations smoothly and improve the overall service quality.
