Alibaba Qwen is about to launch the Personal Agent "QwenGo," which expands the scope of tasks based on the Agent architecture. According to exclusive information from HardAI, the initial scenarios of QwenGo include flight delay compensation, e-commerce price protection, car maintenance quotation and reservation, sports venue booking, and calculating the final price of home appliances considering subsidies, old phone recycling, and delivery and installation fees.

In the case, the user only said, "Help me communicate with the customer service on the App for compensation," without providing flight information. QwenGo logged in to the booking platform in the cloud, checked each order from four airlines one by one, and identified China Eastern Airlines' MU2445 as a delayed flight based on feedback from customer service. After being blocked by a call, it returned to the order page to find the manual customer service entry and switched to a conversation. After the user rejected a voucher, the Agent wrote "only cash compensation is accepted," and after multiple negotiations, secured 70 yuan in cash compensation, which was transferred to the Alipay account. In the Taobao price protection scenario, the Agent independently found the price protection entry, reviewed all orders, and identified a price reduction of 52 yuan for the "Sanhe Non-Coated Titanium Cookware" product.

QwenGo extends previous short-term tasks to those without fixed processes, requiring switching between entrances, platforms, and communication methods based on execution results, and the completion rate depends on this ability to change routes. The cloud environment provides the execution conditions; Meta's disclosed Muse has an independent cloud computer and browser, which can continue working even after the user closes the app.

Institutions have re-evaluated the commercial and computing power increments of personal agents. On October 7, Bank of America's research indicated that Agents are expected to expand overall online activity; Morgan Stanley predicts that the monetizable market for consumer AI targeting individuals in China could reach about 300 billion yuan by 2030 and possibly reach 1.6 trillion yuan by 2040. Executing tasks also increases computing power demand; on October 6, Citibank raised its CPU market forecast, expecting the global scale to increase from 29 billion USD in 2025 to 300 billion USD by 2030. Alibaba simultaneously holds the agent entrance and trading platform, which may improve conversion rates.
