On February 2, Ant Group CEO Han Xinyi sent an internal email announcing the launch of a special incentive program called "AI Credit." The initiative aims to encourage teams and individuals with pioneering contributions in AI through additional incentives, marking further organizational alignment toward AI strategy by Ant Group.

According to the information, the "AI Credit" program provides additional incentives for those who have gained market recognition in the AI field, on top of their existing performance. If the relevant business can effectively enhance the company's value within the next two years, the incentives can be exchanged for economic benefit rights (SERs), establishing a long-term mechanism of shared risk and reward.

In his letter, Han Xinyi reviewed the progress of the past year: Ant has released the "Bailin Large Model Family," including 18 models, officially entering the trillion-parameter scale; the AI assistant "Lingguang" ranks among the top ten in the industry, and "Ant Afu" has exceeded 30 million monthly active users. Additionally, Ant has also open-sourced four large models in the field of embodied intelligence, achieving a transition from the digital world to physical perception.

Despite these achievements, Han Xinyi maintains a sober sense of crisis. He frankly stated that this is only a "small victory," and in the rapidly changing industry landscape, Ant is still a "follower." He clearly put forward the goal of fully AI-izing both business and organization, and emphasized that payment, finance, and healthcare will be the "three legs" supporting Ant's next decade.

Currently, this sense of urgency is evident at the front lines of the business. During this year's Spring Festival, Alipay deeply integrated the "Collecting Blessings" event with AI, distributing health blessings through "Ant Afu." Meanwhile, the AI transformation in the payment sector has already entered the implementation phase, such as the integration of the Qwen App with "Alipay AI Pay" to enable "ordering takeout with one sentence." Han Xinyi said that Ant aims to bridge the "last mile" of payments in the AI era, transforming organizational momentum into real competitive advantage.
