This cooperation marks another comprehensive upgrade for both parties in the AI era, following the establishment of their joint venture in 2017. In terms of the technical foundation, Marriott International will adopt Alibaba Cloud's leading cloud infrastructure and data products to build a solid technical foundation for the AI era, helping to improve operational efficiency and business growth.

In terms of application, Marriott will integrate the Tongyi series of large models from Alibaba to intelligently upgrade customer service and marketing processes. This feature will provide personalized itineraries, achieving a leap from "passive response" to "active anticipation," significantly enhancing guests' digital booking experience.
