Rapidus Corporation and Tenstorrent Inc. announce a collaboration agreement to jointly develop semiconductor intellectual property for AI edge devices based on 2-nanometer logic semiconductors. Tenstorrent boasts the best RISC-V CPU IP technology and is accelerating the development of cutting-edge devices through its partnership with Rapidus. Rapidus is constructing Japan's first advanced logic semiconductor production facility at 2 nanometers and below, with plans to commence trial production lines in 2025 and begin mass production in 2027.
