Xiaomi Launches Global Recruitment for 2027 AI Positions, Demand Increased by 50%

August 11th news, Xiaomi has officially launched the global campus recruitment for the 2027 cohort, opening up more than 17 job categories for fresh graduates both at home and abroad. Among them, R&D positions account for 70% of the overall recruitment demand, and the demand for AI-related positions has increased by 50% compared to previous years, indicating that Xiaomi is continuously expanding its talent reserve in the field of artificial intelligence.

This recruitment targets graduates who will graduate between September 1, 2026, and August 31, 2027. The job directions cover areas such as large models, smart terminals, robotics, and cutting-edge AI research, including projects such as Xiaomi MiMo, Xiaomi miclaw, Xiaomi-Robotics-1, Xiaomi CyberOne, the world model of smart cars, and AI for Science.

The recruitment locations cover global R&D centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Wuhan, Xi'an, Munich, and Singapore. Xiaomi stated that candidates can submit applications through official channels, with the online application deadline set for December 31st. Each applicant can apply for a maximum of two positions, but only one application can be processed in the recruitment process at the same time.

In recent years, Xiaomi has been increasing its investment in artificial intelligence, advancing technological research and development around large models, embodied intelligence, smart cars, and AI research.
