Recently, the iOS27 system brought a deep upgrade to the Health app. This update not only optimized the interface interaction but also significantly enhanced users' ability to manage their personal health by introducing visual intelligence and physiological monitoring features.

Regarding interface interaction, Apple redesigned the Health app. The original list layout was replaced with a more intuitive card-style design, and the color scheme became brighter, significantly enhancing the overall visual hierarchy. At the same time, a unified navigation bar was added at the bottom of the app, integrating search and browsing functions, making it easier for users to find various health indicators.

Introducing visual intelligence technology is one of the highlights of this update. For the scenario of nutrition tracking, users can now take photos of food using the camera's Siri mode. The system can quickly identify the type of food and provide feedback on whether it is a heavily processed food, its protein content, and sugar content, as well as a qualitative assessment of its nutritional value. This feature helps users understand their diet composition through visual recognition. Although it does not provide precise calorie data and has specific device performance requirements, it offers a new dimension for daily health assessments.

Regarding women's health, Apple has expanded the coverage of the period tracking function, adding support for perimenopause and menopause. The system uses deep learning algorithms to continuously analyze users' long-term cycle data, allowing it to detect early signs of irregular cycles or hormonal fluctuations more sensitively, thus providing more targeted health reminders and resource recommendations for users. In addition, the Fitness+ platform also launched specialized guidance courses for this physiological stage, completing the health ecosystem support.

On the data infrastructure optimization side, Apple significantly improved the synchronization speed of health data. The transmission efficiency of steps, exercise routes, and fitness data between the Health app and fitness apps has been greatly improved, ensuring that users can receive real-time and accurate exercise feedback.
