Alibaba's Taotian Group officially announced the recruitment for the 2027 intern class. This recruitment continues the group's core strategy of "fully embracing AI," not only focusing heavily on technical positions, but also offering highly competitive salary packages for talent reserves in the AI field.

This recruitment covers three categories: technology, product, and design, with more than 50 job directions. Notably, technical positions account for over 90% of the total recruitment, and three new AI-related special positions have been added, aiming to identify top newcomers with potential in large model development and application.

Taotian Group offers generous benefits for this year's interns, especially showing strong enthusiasm in the AI-related fields:

  • Regular AI Positions: The daily salary for interns in algorithm, AI development, and AI product positions is 500 yuan/day.

  • T-star Top Program: The T-star program targets top campus technical talents globally, with an internship salary as high as 2000 yuan/day.

Taotian Group stated that in the AI era, the company will continue to increase R&D investment and tailor career growth paths for promising newcomers. The goal is to transform excellent interns from mere "technical implementers" into "intelligent system architects" capable of managing complex AI ecosystems.
