According to the survey, over 70% of executives believe that employees with AI skills should earn higher salaries. Most executives are willing to allow employees to use AI technology to complete multiple tasks, as long as it helps to complete tasks faster. Additionally, executives tend to provide promotion opportunities to employees who know how to use AI, believing that they can create higher quality work or complete tasks in a shorter time. Employees with AI skills can also enjoy the freedom to work on multiple tasks, and employers are willing to provide other benefits.
