On September 7, Unitree Technology officially announced a new breakthrough, achieving the world's first full autonomous humanoid robot combat driven in real-time by a world model.

According to the introduction, this breakthrough is based on UnifoLM-X2-1.0, focusing on solving technical bottlenecks in the world-action large model related to instantaneous planning, decision-making, and dynamic interaction execution, enabling the humanoid robot to predict and plan future states in real-time under high dynamic and strong interactive scenarios, and perform combat actions autonomously.

Unitree Technology stated that this achievement verifies the basic feasibility of deploying humanoid robots driven by world models on a large scale. With further integration of world models and robot body control capabilities, humanoid robots are expected to expand from pre-set actions and fixed task execution to complex interactive scenarios with real-time perception, dynamic decision-making, and autonomous action capabilities.
