Britain's new cloud service provider, Nscale, has reached a milestone in its development. According to the latest report by The Information, after securing a $45 billion computing power agreement with the renowned artificial intelligence company Anthropic, the total contract revenue disclosed by Nscale to potential investors has exceeded the $100 billion threshold, reaching approximately $103 billion.
Related financial and business documents show that before securing this major order from Anthropic, Nscale's disclosed contract revenue to investors was about $51 billion. With the formalization of this large computing power deal from Anthropic, along with the continuous inflow of other AI customer contracts, the company's business scale has experienced a doubling growth. The documents also reveal that the average term of these contracts currently held by Nscale is approximately 5.7 years. Calculating based on this period, the annual scale corresponding to the total contract value is approximately $18 billion, although the documents do not explicitly disclose the specific expected revenue.
With this impressive business growth, Nscale is accelerating its capitalization process. According to insiders, the company is currently planning to officially conduct an initial public offering (IPO) as early as this month, launching a new round of efforts in the capital market.
