ByteDance has launched a new round of organizational adjustments focused on AI business, further strengthening the collaborative capabilities of Doubao, Feishu, and Huoshan Engine in enterprise productivity scenarios, and accelerating the AI To B strategic layout.

According to the adjustment plan, the Feishu product team and the Doubao product team will be integrated to form a new Doubao product team, led by Zhao Qi, the head of Doubao. Xie Xin, the head of Feishu, will report to Zhao Qi. In terms of market, sales, and customer service, the Feishu GTM team will merge with the Huoshan Engine team to establish a new To B organization called "Creativity Service Platform," which will be responsible for the market, sales, and customer service of ByteDance's MaaS (Model as a Service) and SaaS cloud services. This new organization will be led by Tan Dai, the head of Huoshan Engine. Lin Chan, the head of Feishu sales, and Shi Zhijun, the head of Feishu strategy and marketing, will report to him.

After the adjustment, Feishu's existing products and services will remain unchanged, while it will collaborate more deeply with Doubao in enterprise productivity scenarios. It is reported that the Doubao Enterprise Edition, which was deeply involved in the development by the Feishu product team, has already started internal testing among some Feishu customers. The newly established Creativity Service Platform will also integrate ByteDance's service capabilities for enterprise customers, improving the efficiency of AI product implementation.

This organizational adjustment reflects ByteDance's further elevation of the strategic priority of AI To B business. As of June this year, the daily token call volume of the Doubao large model has exceeded 180 trillion, and Huoshan Engine maintains an important position in the public cloud MaaS market. Feishu's commercial growth continues to accelerate. By the second quarter of 2026, more than 90% of Feishu's new customers had already purchased Feishu AI products. According to statistics, based on the average consumption calculation in July, ByteDance's large model business ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) reached 4 billion USD, exceeding the total ARR of other domestic model companies.

At the FORCE Original Power Conference in June, ByteDance CEO Liang Rubo stated, "Climbing the peak of AI is the most important thing for ByteDance at present." The company will focus on AI development and promote the MaaS business of Huoshan Engine to become an important foundational business for ByteDance.

As enterprise AI applications enter the stage of large-scale implementation, ByteDance is building an integrated AI enterprise service system covering model capabilities, application scenarios, and commercial delivery by integrating model, office software, and cloud service resources.
