The AliHealth Medical AI platform "Hydrogen Ion" has recently reached content collaboration agreements with NEJM Group (publisher of The New England Journal of Medicine), JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association) and JAMA Network. Adding to its previous agreement with BMJ Group (British Medical Journal), Hydrogen Ion has now become the first medical AI platform in China to have full-text content authorization from the world's three top medical journals.

This progress has occurred just two months after its May product launch. At that time, Hydrogen Ion defined its collaboration with BMJ as the "starting point of cooperation with international top-tier journals." Now, with NEJM and JAMA being signed on, it indicates that AliHealth's strategic layout on top medical evidence is rapidly materializing.

For a long time, Chinese doctors have faced multiple barriers in accessing global cutting-edge medical evidence: high costs for accessing top-tier literature, high language barriers, and low search efficiency. For example, when searching for the subgroup efficacy of an immunotherapy regimen, PubMed typically only provides abstracts, full texts require paid access, and users must search across multiple journals separately, with the entire process possibly taking half a day.

Currently, the cooperation with the three publishing groups covers almost all core evidence resources across clinical disciplines. Academic content and multimedia resources from 70 medical journals under the BMJ Group published in the past ten years, all publications and multimedia resources from the NEJM Group since 1990, and all published content and multimedia resources from JAMA and JAMA Network have been integrated into the Hydrogen Ion platform.

Doctors can directly read full texts of top-tier journal articles on Hydrogen Ion, or obtain evidence-based answers through AI Q&A. All references can be traced back to the original passages and support bilingual reading. The traditional "man searches for literature" model is evolving toward "AI + evidence reasoning." The continuous investment of Hydrogen Ion in international top medical journals essentially aims to build an evidence-based AI infrastructure for Chinese doctors.
