It is reported that the embodied intelligence company Zhiyuan Robotics is advancing its IPO plan with an estimated valuation of about 20 billion US dollars, and has already introduced CITIC Securities as a tutoring sponsor. The company expects to achieve revenue of 4 billion yuan throughout 2026. Currently, regarding the valuation and listing plan,
during the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC), Zhiyuan focused on the "Three Intelligences Integrated" product technology architecture, and released five new robot models, including Expedition A3Ultra, Sprite G2Max, Lixi X2EDU version, Critical Point OmniHand3Ultra-M, and Cooltop's first riding robot in the world. At the same time, the company also demonstrated the embodied intelligence foundation model and real scenario deployment cases, among other ecological achievements.
In recent years, with the accelerated integration of artificial intelligence, large models, and robot technology, embodied intelligence has become a new competitive direction in the AI industry. Enterprises are shifting from single hardware development to a comprehensive layout of "model + robot body + application ecosystem", and commercialization capabilities have become the focus of industry attention.
Zhiyuan's current advancement of capital market plans, and continuous expansion of the robot product matrix, indicates that it is accelerating the layout of large-scale commercial applications. If the IPO proceeds smoothly, it will further promote the financing and industrialization process of domestic embodied intelligence enterprises.
