In the intense competition of large AI models evolving towards "Agents," Qwen has recently delivered a significant achievement. On June 24, Qwen officially launched Qwen-AgentWorld, an innovative breakthrough defined as the world's first native "Language World Model (LWM)."
Differing from previous large models that were limited to dialogue or text processing, the core breakthrough of Qwen-AgentWorld lies in its strong control across different environments. It breaks through technical barriers and achieves unified coverage of various complex environments—whether professional code and terminal environments (such as MCP, Search, Terminal, SWE), or more user-friendly graphical interface environments (such as Web, OS, Android), the model can handle them effortlessly. This "versatile" compatibility allows it to efficiently transfer knowledge between different fields, laying the technical foundation for AI to transition from a "simple chat partner" to an "independent operator."
To verify the model's capabilities in real-world scenarios, AgentWorldBench, an evaluation benchmark, was also launched simultaneously. This evaluation system covers seven key application areas, and each test sample is highly "practical"—they are equipped with observation data generated by the model in real operational environments, rather than traditional simulated data. This high-standard evaluation method aims to ensure that the model remains efficient and accurate when facing complex interactions in the real world.
