CEO of NVIDIA, Jensen Huang, recently announced that the company has partnered with local embodied intelligence company Unitree Technology to jointly launch a new humanoid robot reference design called "H2+."
Subsequently, an official representative from Unitree Technology responded, stating that the new "H2+" robot was developed based on NVIDIA's advanced computing platform, achieving significant breakthroughs in overall computing power compared to its predecessor. It is reported that this highly anticipated new hardware product will officially be launched in the market in the second half of 2026.
This collaboration marks a further deep integration between a leading chip giant and a top embodied intelligence hardware manufacturer. As a new reference design, "H2+" not only receives direct empowerment from NVIDIA's AI ecosystem in terms of underlying computing architecture, but also provides stronger computing support for complex tasks such as high-precision motion control, multimodal perception, and real-time environmental interaction.
At the current critical stage where the global embodied intelligence industry is accelerating toward commercialization, the joint efforts of NVIDIA and Unitree Technology not only demonstrate the latest technological advancements in the integration of AI computing power and humanoid robot hardware, but also indicate that the hardware performance arms race in the embodied intelligence sector will further intensify in the second half of the year, and the maturity of the industrial chain ecosystem is expected to achieve substantial progress.
