On the 12th anniversary of Faraday Future (FF), Jia Yuelin released a video announcing his return and appointment as Global CEO of FF. Additionally, Jerry was appointed as Global Executive Chairman of FF. This organizational adjustment marks the complete return of FF's founding team. Jia Yuelin emphasized that this is a spiritual and cultural revival aimed at rekindling the company's entrepreneurial vitality.

Jia Yuelin reviewed FF's development process, divided into four stages: from 2014 to 2021, FF rapidly rose under the leadership of the founding team, with its market value exceeding 4 billion US dollars; from 2021 to 2025, FF faced significant challenges, with the transfer of company control, a sharp decline in stock price, and a loss of investor trust; since April 2025, the founding team has gradually returned, and the company has begun stable development; now, with the final return of the founding team, FF has entered a new developmental stage.

After the restructuring, FF also announced its transformation into a U.S. physical AI ecosystem company, focusing on the development of embodied intelligent robot technology. Jia Yuelin mentioned that the company will focus on developing two product engines: humanoid and biomorphic robots, as well as car robots. He pointed out that the car robot business will be fully launched upon the introduction of strategic investors and the completion of financing.

In addition, FF plans to launch the first batch of Super One models, which will adopt an 800V electric architecture, replacing the existing 400V models. The new model will offer longer range, faster charging speed, and higher power system efficiency, thus attracting more consumer attention.
