On June 24, Faraday Future officially announced the launch of the FF AI2.0 intelligent cockpit operating system, which is the most significant upgrade to the intelligent cockpit since the release of the FF91 in 2023. The new system will be first deployed to the FF91 2.0 model through OTA software updates and is planned to be expanded to the FX series in the future.

The FF AI2.0 has completely restructured the entire AI architecture. Its biggest highlight is the deep integration with OpenAI. The system deeply integrates large language models (LLMs) into Faraday Future's software and hardware architecture, while also having the capability to be compatible and evolve with other AI models in the future, reserving sufficient space for subsequent technological upgrades.

The new system supports real-time switching of over 50 languages and has strong dialogue context memory capabilities, enabling it to understand and process complex commands. Typical application scenarios provided by Faraday Future show that when a user says, "It's a bit hot, but I don't want to turn on the air conditioner," the FF AI2.0 can intelligently determine the user's intention and recommend alternative solutions such as opening the windows or closing the sunshade of the sunroof to improve comfort.

The FF AI2.0 not only supports natural voice interaction, but also comprehensively extends the LLM's intelligent capabilities to core vehicle systems such as vehicle control, navigation, and music, achieving a deep penetration of intelligent functions. This full-system integration model is expected to provide users with a more smooth and intuitive in-vehicle experience.

This major upgrade reflects Faraday Future's continuous investment in the field of intelligence and marks a new stage in the application of AI technology in the automotive industry.
