At the recent Didi Chuxing Safety Governance Open Day, Didi for the first time publicly showcased its latest advancements in safety technology. In response to long-standing industry challenges such as anti-fraud measures and charging for trips not taken, the platform has achieved significant progress in governance by introducing cutting-edge AI technologies.

Intelligent Responsibility Determination Exposes Violations

To address various disputes frequently occurring in the carpooling scenario, Didi has fully implemented an AI-based identification and intelligent responsibility determination system. This system is capable of proactively identifying and automatically handling risks, greatly improving response speed. Data shows that the number of complaints related to "charging without a trip" has dropped by 97.5% with the assistance of AI models, effectively protecting users' legitimate rights and interests.

Police-Business Collaboration Combats Black-Industry Fraud

In dealing with illegal cheating devices, Didi has shown a zero-tolerance attitude. Since 2024, the platform has actively cooperated with the police to carry out special governance actions, resulting in a total of 27 cases being filed. Through technical tracing and clue investigation, 96 criminal suspects have been successfully arrested, effectively deterring black-market forces attempting to undermine platform rules from the source.

Comprehensive Security AI Models Empower Risk Prevention

The highlight of this open day was the official launch of the security AI model. Currently, the model has been deeply integrated into the safety experts' workbench. The upgraded system not only improved the efficiency of initial risk assessment by 21%, but also achieved a 93.2% overall accuracy in risk identification. This new "human-machine collaboration" model marks a new level in the platform's ability to predict and handle potential safety hazards.

Challenges Remain, Call for Civilized Travel

Although technological means are continuously being optimized, the complex travel environment of carpooling still poses certain challenges to the platform's governance. Didi stated that building a safe ecosystem requires the joint efforts of all participants, and it calls on drivers and passengers to strictly abide by the platform's regulations. Through the dual safeguards of systems and technology, they can jointly create a safe and civilized travel environment.
