Recently, at the No. 5 observation platform of the Jia Bang Terraced Fields scenic area in Congjiang County, Guizhou Province, the nation's first AI "village tour" map was officially launched. This innovative achievement was jointly developed by a tech company and the Congjiang County government, aiming to deeply empower rural tourism through artificial intelligence technology. It marks a new stage of digitalization and intelligence in local rural tourism.

Direct access to nearly 100 villages in one go, the deep integration of culture and technology

The newly released AI "village tour" map is not just a simple electronic guide. It deeply integrates the place name culture and tourism resources of nearly 100 local villages. Through this platform, visitors can enjoy a one-stop service from AI travel planning to voice navigation. The cultural connotations and folk customs behind each ancient village are accurately presented to tourists in a digital way, making the cultural heritage deep in Yun Gui Chuan easily accessible.

From solving "logistics to villages" to activating "tourism out of villages"

It is understood that this project is an important milestone upgrade of the "Village Name Campaign" implemented by the Ministry of Civil Affairs for two years. In the previous phase, the project focused on "putting village names on maps," effectively solving the final logistics problem in villages. Now, with the introduction of AI technology, the core of the project has evolved into "letting AI enter villages as tour guides." This transformation not only provides a more convenient travel experience for tourists but also activates rural tourism resources through technological means, establishing a digital pathway for village culture to reach the outside world, injecting new momentum into rural revitalization.
