On April 8th, Tencent Cloud officially launched the first domestic browser AI agent "Lobster" - QBotClaw, integrating AI Agent capabilities natively into QQ Browser. This tool upgrades the browser from a simple web access tool to an intelligent assistant that can understand the screen and autonomously perform complex tasks, allowing users to issue commands with just one sentence.

No setup required, free to use, supports custom large models
QBotClaw is ready to use out of the box, requiring no subscription or complex configuration. Users can download and install it directly from the sidebar in QQ Browser. It supports users in configuring API keys for mainstream large model (Bring Your Own LLM), flexibly adapting to different needs. The Mac version is already available, with the Windows version coming soon.
First of its kind: WeChat remote control, enabling mobile phone control of computers
The biggest highlight of QBotClaw is its support for WeChat remote control. Users can bind by scanning the Clawbot QR code via WeChat, achieving remote connection between mobile phones and computers. Even if the computer is locked or idle, users can send text or voice commands through WeChat to remotely execute tasks on the computer, such as file organization and browser automation. This feature makes AI truly become a "contact" in WeChat, enabling remote work anytime, anywhere.
Precise page understanding and autonomous action
Thanks to Tencent's self-developed browser Skill and X5 high-precision recognition technology, QBotClaw can accurately read page content, understand screen information, and complete complex cross-page tasks based on user instructions. It is compatible with the OpenClaw skill ecosystem, supporting practical scenarios such as file operations, email processing, price comparison shopping, and multi-platform content publishing, greatly enhancing productivity.
Browser as Agent: The transformation from tool to intelligent colleague
Traditional browsers only display web pages, while QBotClaw turns the browser itself into an agent capable of independent thinking and action. It not only handles the current page but also performs continuous operations by combining context memory, truly realizing "say a sentence, and the browser will do it all for you."
This product launch marks the acceleration of browser AI agents in China, significantly lowering the barrier for ordinary users to use AI automation. Whether for daily office work, content creation, or development scenarios, QBotClaw provides a low-cost and efficient solution.
Currently, QBotClaw is open for installation in QQ Browser. Interested users can experience it directly. AIbase will continue to track the actual usage feedback of QBotClaw, the progress of the Windows version release, and more skill expansions. Readers are welcome to share their experiences.
