TaoTian Group has recently launched the "AI Productivity Plan," aiming to accelerate the deep integration of AI technology in e-commerce business scenarios and R&D processes through comprehensive resource allocation and tool subsidies. It is reported that the plan is now open to all interns, ensuring that they enjoy the same AI permissions, computing quotas, and approval processes as regular employees during their internship.

Starting from March 17th, TaoTian Group employees have been authorized to use multiple high-end paid AI tools, including Wukong and Qoder series, free of charge. These tools cover a wide range of scenarios, from underlying technology research and development to general office automation. The company lowers the calling threshold of large models by directly providing Token quotas. In addition, expenses for employees purchasing BaiLian Coding Plan membership or third-party external AI development tools can be reimbursed. This move marks that the investment in AI productivity by big companies has shifted from "experimental exploration" to "full staff toolization" as a strategic support.

Considering the previous recruitment information for the 2027 interns, AI has become a core keyword in TaoTian's talent development strategy. With technical positions accounting for as high as 90%, the group has specifically added three types of AI-related positions, trying to build an AI-native driving force from the source of talent.
