Recently, the Xiaomi Group officially released its full-year financial report for 2025. All key indicators have set historical records, with total revenue reaching 457.3 billion yuan, an increase of 25% year-on-year, and adjusted net profit surging by 43.8% to 39.2 billion yuan. During the earnings call, Xiaomi executives clearly stated that 2026 will be a breakthrough year for AI applications. The company is accelerating the deep integration of large models, multimodal capabilities, and the "people-vehicle-home full ecosystem".

On the technical side, Xiaomi has completed a comprehensive layout of basic models and multimodal capabilities. Its self-developed large model has already delivered results in multiple dimensions such as voice and language. The recently highly anticipated smart assistant MiClaw has successfully achieved on-device deployment on smartphones. Unlike third-party internet platform tools, MiClaw has system-level permissions. Through the deep integration of underlying data and cloud collaboration, it has initially demonstrated the prototype of a future AI Agent. Although the product is still in the early stages of R&D iteration, there is no specific commercialization timeline yet. However, as a core component of Xiaomi AIOS, it is significantly enhancing the interaction experience of personal smart terminals.
Strategically, Xiaomi continues to increase R&D investment. R&D expenses are expected to reach 16 billion yuan in 2026, with a total of 60 billion yuan invested over the next three years. This substantial investment will focus on AI infrastructure, autonomous driving, and robotics. In response to the industry's concerns about rising storage costs, Xiaomi is hedging risks through a diversified product portfolio and long-term supply chain agreements. It also emphasized that chip self-research remains the company's long-term core strategy, and it will promote the full transition of chip design toward AI architecture in the future. As models like Xiaomi SU7 are deeply integrated with XLA, Xiaomi's intelligent driving capabilities are entering a new stage of end-to-end integration. AI technology has become the fundamental engine driving the growth of Xiaomi's entire business.
