In terms of access efficiency, administrators can now scan and authorize via the "Quick Setup" feature in the Tencent Cloud backend, quickly creating an intelligent robot without complex underlying development. On the functional level, the intelligent robot now has enhanced document operation permissions beyond its original dialogue and data writing capabilities: users need only send text instructions, and the robot can automatically perform document creation and content writing tasks. To balance efficiency and security, the system has established strict permission isolation mechanisms, allowing the AI agent to only edit documents it creates itself, while supporting employees to make secondary refinements on the original document, achieving a seamless closed-loop workflow of "AI first draft, human refinement."
