SB OAI Japan will launch an enterprise AI solution called "Crystal Intelligence," specifically designed to enhance management and operational efficiency for Japanese businesses. According to SoftBank's statement, this solution will combine OpenAI's advanced enterprise services with SB OAI Japan's localized implementation and support in the Japanese market. Through "Crystal Intelligence," it is hoped that businesses can better utilize AI tools to improve productivity and management efficiency.

Notably, SoftBank Group is the first customer of this joint venture. To promote internal work efficiency, SoftBank has created 2.5 million customized versions of ChatGPT for its employees, actively applying AI technology in daily work.
