NVIDIA and Foxconn Collaborate to Develop AI-Focused New Data Center

At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, the National Development and Reform Commission introduced the global application progress of the "Mazu" meteorological warning large model. With its powerful data processing capabilities, the model has achieved technological breakthroughs in the field of meteorological warnings and has attracted significant attention.
AI star Anthropic is building a large data center in Hawesville, Kentucky, signing a 20-year lease with TeraWulf. Located about an hour's drive from Louisville, this move marks the Claude-powered unicorn's accelerated push into foundational computing, creating a supercomputing hub of unprecedented scale.....
Japan announced new guidelines for its "AI Robot Strategy", planning to deploy 10 million AI robots in 18 industries including manufacturing, healthcare, and agriculture by 2040, to systematically address the labor crisis caused by low birthrate and aging population.....
NVIDIA released the Nemotron-Labs-TwoTower discrete diffusion language model, solving the problem of slow token-by-token generation speed in large models. The weights have been open-sourced on Huggingface. The model reuses pre-trained weights of existing backbone networks without the need for retraining from scratch, significantly reducing costs. It adopts a 60B dual-tower architecture, with two 30B networks working in parallel. Each tower activates 3B parameters and is equipped with 128 routable expert modules to improve generation efficiency.
Alibaba issued an internal ban to discontinue all Claude products from Anthropic by July 10, including models like Sonnet, Opus, Fable, and agents like Claude Code. Previously, Alibaba had allowed external AI use with free quotas and reimbursements to accelerate intelligence, hinting at a strategic shift.....
