Recently, Coze, ByteDance's AI platform, released an announcement stating that it will phase out sales and discontinue its existing enterprise plans. According to the announcement, the Enterprise Standard and Enterprise Flagship plans will stop accepting purchases from new customers starting November 30, 2026. Customers who have signed contracts but have not yet completed their orders need to contact their account managers to confirm follow-up arrangements.

This adjustment will be carried out in two phases. Starting December 31, 2026, the legacy Personal Advanced, Enterprise, and Team plans purchased through Volcano Engine will be fully discontinued, and any unused remaining portion after that date will be automatically refunded to the customer's Volcano Engine account. On December 31, 2027, the new Enterprise Standard and Enterprise Flagship plans will also be fully discontinued. Existing customers can still renew or purchase additional seats, but the service expiration date must not be later than December 31, 2027.

For customers on older plans who still need to use Coze services, the official recommendation is to first cancel their existing plan and then purchase a new enterprise plan.

Coze said this adjustment is mainly due to product consolidation. Future products and plan options for enterprise customers are still being planned, and specific arrangements will be announced separately. This adjustment means that Coze's enterprise product system will be further consolidated, and enterprise customers' subsequent service migration, renewal, and procurement arrangements will also be affected.
