On October 29, Moonshot AI officially announced overseas that its AI assistant Kimi has received an important feature update and is now fully integrated with Google's three core office services: Gmail, Google Drive (cloud storage), and Google Calendar. Users simply need to go to the Plugins page and complete a simple setup to easily enable this new integration.

According to the official introduction, this integration further expands Kimi's use cases. Users can not only use it to quickly summarize email conversations in Gmail and accurately find files in Google Drive, but also directly use Google Calendar to efficiently plan and arrange daily schedules, enabling seamless interconnection across multiple platform tools.

In terms of security and technical implementation, the official emphasized that all the above cross-platform data interactions and operations are strictly conducted through a secure OAuth authorization mechanism, thereby providing efficient automated processing capabilities while safeguarding user privacy and account security.

As an important part of the Kimi ecosystem, the plugin system serves as an extension bridge to external tools and services, enabling the AI to directly invoke third-party capabilities or perform automated operations when handling complex tasks. With the addition of Google's three core office tools, Kimi's practicality in overseas daily office and productivity scenarios will be further enhanced.
