MiniMax officially entered Tmall, opening its first official brand flagship store, and launched a subscription package ahead of the 2026 Double 11. Currently, the store mainly offers the M Plan subscription service, which includes three tiers: Go, Explore, and Build, supporting monthly or annual purchases. During the opening period, the store launched a limited-time first-order discount, with the Go monthly card starting at around 24.5 yuan.

This entry continues the trend of large model manufacturers expanding into e-commerce channels. On September 3, 2026, Tmall launched the "AI Space Station" Token recharge center, with the first batch of subscription services from manufacturers such as Alibaba Cloud, Zhipu, Kimi, MiniMax, and DeepSeek.
Previously, Zhipu had already opened an official flagship store on Tmall on September 2, followed by other manufacturers such as Kimi, MiniMax, and Jieyu Star who subsequently approached Tmall for entry. According to the Shanghai Securities News, MiniMax is one of the participants in this round of intensive layout of large model manufacturers in the e-commerce channel.
As large model services gradually enter the mass consumer market, e-commerce platforms have become a new distribution channel for model subscriptions and Token services. Users can directly purchase related packages through the flagship store, lowering the usage threshold and providing new channels for large model manufacturers to expand personal users and explore commercialization paths.
