The 20,000th Zhiyuan Yuzheng A3 Ultra has been completed and delivered to Changlong. Six thousand units filled in half a year. The embodied intelligent robot has made its first regular on-the-job debut in a theme park.

Zhiyuan has pushed the production scale of embodied intelligence forward by another significant step. On September 24, the 20,000th general-purpose embodied intelligent robot, Yanzheng A3Ultra, officially left the production line at Hengqin Chimelong Spacecraft Park and was handed over to Chimelong Group on the spot. From crossing the 10,000-unit milestone in March this year to reaching 20,000 units now, the company has taken about six months — the curve of production capacity climbing has clearly entered an acceleration phase.

On the same day, the world's first large-scale embodied intelligent theme park, jointly created by Zhiyuan and Chimelong, was launched at Hengqin Chimelong Spacecraft Park. Over 300 robots from Zhiyuan's full series began to be used on a regular basis in the park, participating in scenarios such as visitor interaction, tour guidance, performance, and science education. For Zhiyuan, the delivery of the 20,000th mass-produced unit marks that its embodied intelligent products have truly moved from past R&D verification and single-point displays to the track of mass production, large-scale delivery, and routine operation; this delivery also pulls general-purpose embodied robots from relatively structured scenarios like industry and commercial performances into the cultural tourism public space with high foot traffic, high interaction, and high openness — a place without fixed routes, only constantly arriving crowds and unpredictable situations.

The main character, Yanzheng A3Ultra, is no less impressive. It is equipped with a 360° all-around perception system, a UWB and RTK fusion positioning system, and a platform with 700 TOPS computing power. Its body height is 174 centimeters, made of a composite material of magnesium alloy and carbon fiber nylon, which makes it both lightweight and durable. The most ingenious part is its 20-degree-of-freedom omnidirectional tactile dexterous hand — degrees of freedom refer to the number of independent motion dimensions of joints, allowing it to not only deliver and transport but also organize and restock, making a real "hand" useful.

Looking at the timeline straight, Zhiyuan's production base has been gradually solidified: In 2023, there were only 6 prototype machines; in August 2024, mass production started; in January 2025, it exceeded 1,000 units, and by the end of the year, it reached 5,000 units; in March 2026, it crossed the 10,000-unit threshold, and by June, it surpassed 15,000 units, reaching 20,000 units on September 24. This almost quarterly jump rhythm is the result of the simultaneous maturity of the supply chain, calibration, and scenario adaptation.

To make robots truly "live" in the park rather than just being displayed, Zhiyuan and Chimelong also unveiled the "Embodied Intelligence Cultural Tourism Joint Research Institute" on the same day, conducting joint research around scene adaptation for humanoid robots, algorithm iteration, content creation, and commercial validation. When 20,000 robots leave the factory and 300 of them start interacting with real people every day in high-traffic areas, the distance between embodied intelligence being "able to work" and "able to coexist" has been significantly shortened in reality.
