The core of the competition is the extension of AI capabilities from "intelligence" to "execution" — whoever can truly turn models into workable, tool-attaching, and long-task-running execution entities will grasp the next phase. Office agents have become the most intense battlefield: Google has a full-stack advantage, with models, tools, and office suites all available, but faces the real challenge of integrating multiple products. Meanwhile, several major tech companies in China are also competing closely in the office scenario, with their core strategy being to translate existing platform advantages into agent capabilities.
