This feature is designed for scenarios such as event organization, home-school collaboration, and enterprise collaboration, and is currently available directly through the function entry at the bottom of the Qwen Office homepage.

Different from AI workspaces on the market that focus on tools like online resumes, personal portfolios, and personal check-in devices, the Multi-User Workspace offers four core capabilities: role permissions, cloud database, management backend, and online publishing. It allows different data and operation permissions to be configured for roles such as administrators and regular members, unifies the accumulation of data, task status, and work progress submitted by members, and supports centralized management and statistics in the background. After the web page is created, it can be published with one click, and team members can access and use it via the link according to their permissions. When setting up, just clarify the roles, tasks, and data to be managed, and the system will automatically break down the execution. If the business process changes, it can also be modified through natural language.

In scenarios such as home-school collaboration, celebrity promotion, chain stores, and large-scale markets, leave approval, information collection, review, and progress tracking can all be carried out within one workspace.
