Tencent WorkBuddy App Update Released, Supports Viewing and Initiating AI Tasks on Mobile Devices

Tencent WorkBuddy App has recently been updated, adding the ability to view and initiate tasks on mobile devices, further enhancing the AI Agent cross-device collaboration experience. Zhang Jun, Director of Tencent's Public Relations, stated in a post that the cloud synchronization feature previously concerned by users has been largely achieved. After the update, tasks can be managed on mobile devices and real-time synchronization between tasks and outputs is now possible.

According to the introduction, the updated WorkBuddy supports managing multiple computers at the same time. Users can check task progress on different devices through their mobile devices and perform task operations. Whether tasks are executed on the computer or requests are initiated via the mobile device, the task status and generated content will remain synchronized.

This upgrade further expands the application scenarios of AI Agent, allowing users to no longer be limited to operating on a single device. As AI assistants gradually evolve from simple question-and-answer tools into intelligent agents capable of performing tasks, multi-device collaboration and cross-terminal management are becoming key directions for enhancing the practicality of intelligent agents.
