In authoritative speech recognition benchmark tests by Artificial Analysis, Grok Voice Think Fast 2.0 achieved a comprehensive score of 82.9%, surpassing its predecessor and outperforming GPT-Realtime-2.1 and Gemini 3.1 Flash. Additionally, its agent capability score reached 56.5%, placing it at the forefront among similar models. In terms of response speed, the model's initial audio playback time has been significantly reduced to 0.70 seconds, providing a smoother interactive experience.
In terms of speech transcription accuracy, official tests show that the new model has improved the transcription accuracy by about 1.4 times compared to the previous generation, demonstrating strong performance in large-scale audio tests across multiple languages. Especially in complex real-world scenarios such as background noise interference and telephone compression, its ability to resist interference has further widened the gap with competitors.
Technically, Grok Voice Think Fast 2.0 introduces a speech parallel inference mechanism, significantly reducing system waiting time. Currently, this technology has been verified in real business scenarios and completed A/B testing in Starlink phone services, effectively driving dual improvements in sales conversion rates and customer service response efficiency. According to the official plan, the old version identifier is scheduled to automatically switch to the new version on August 5, 2026.
