Xiaopeng's humanoid robot has officially started small-scale trial production at its Guangzhou factory. The mass production line is now in the final integration phase, marking the countdown to mass production.
Previously, He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of Xiaopeng Group, had personally taken on the role of "CEO" for the robot business, comprehensively coordinating and advancing the commercialization process of this business. According to the internal mass production mobilization meeting plan for the robot business, the company will achieve mass production of humanoid robots by 2026 and plans to gradually deploy them in Xiaopeng's offline stores and related commercial scenarios starting from 2027, taking on service functions such as guidance and explanation.
In terms of technology and industry reuse, Xiaopeng's robot business has deeply integrated the group's core capabilities in hardware development, AI large models, supply chain management, and marketing, systematically reusing the mature experience accumulated in car business in software and hardware collaborative R&D, intelligent manufacturing, and global channel construction.
As embodied intelligence becomes an important breakthrough for the integration of artificial intelligence and the physical world, Xiaopeng is accelerating the large-scale production and commercialization of high-end humanoid robots through the cross-industry collaboration model of "cars + robots," paving the way for the application of embodied intelligence terminals in service and retail scenarios.
