The center adopts a "company + alliance" dual-driven model, and is operated specifically by Beijing TianSuanXingLian Technology Co., Ltd., marking a new stage in the large-scale implementation of China's space computing power industry.

As an industry leader, the innovation center has defined four core functions. The institution will work with upstream and downstream industries in the supply chain, focusing on key technologies such as onboard AI chips, intelligent satellite platforms, and space big models, and will build ground-based comprehensive verification infrastructure, actively leading the development of national and industry standards.

The establishment of this innovation center closely aligns with the country's strategic deployment for cutting-edge technology industries. Previously, relevant national departments clearly stated that they would promote the development of space computing power industry in an orderly manner, support forward-looking research on space computing power technologies, and guide the construction of computing infrastructure according to demand.
