Today, QClaw, the AI assistant under Tencent Cloud, officially launched the "File Space" feature, achieving deep ecological integration with Tencent Docs, ima Knowledge Base, and local files. This upgrade marks the transformation of AI office tools from a single "conversation assistant" to a "full-process collaboration center." Users can now directly retrieve, edit, and save various file formats in Tencent Docs through QClaw, and seamlessly integrate fragmented information from the ima Knowledge Base into the AI creation workflow, completely solving the pain points of frequent switching between multiple applications and file transfer in office scenarios.

In terms of technical architecture, QClaw has achieved deep integration with Tencent Docs at the account and permission level. It not only supports AI's deep analysis and secondary creation of existing documents but also enables AI-generated content to be directly converted into editable and distributable collaboration links through the "collaboration flow." Meanwhile, the integration of the ima Knowledge Base allows industry reports, public account articles, and other accumulated knowledge to be activated within the AI workspace, forming a two-way closed loop from information input, AI processing, to knowledge accumulation.
Currently, the AI industry is at a critical stage where competition is shifting from the underlying large models to the application efficiency on the terminal side. By enhancing data mobility within the ecosystem, Tencent Cloud has significantly reduced the usage barriers and hidden costs of AI tools. This "full-chain connectivity" of the office workflow not only enhances individual productivity but also provides a more certain AI implementation model for enterprise-level collaboration, indicating that AI assistants are accelerating toward becoming a "digital office infrastructure" with strong collaborative attributes.
