Adobe has released major version updates for Photoshop and Lightroom, officially extending generative AI technology to the field of 3D space processing. The most anticipated breakthrough in this update is the introduction of the "Rotate Object" tool, which breaks the limitations of traditional 2D materials in spatial editing.
With this new feature, users can now rotate, tilt, or flip 2D materials in 3D space in real time. This technology not only changes the perspective of objects but also automatically adjusts the visual logic of the scene according to the environment, greatly enhancing the freedom of composite creation.

Intelligent Lighting Auto-Matching
To address the issue of unnatural blending after rotating materials, Photoshop also introduced the "Harmonize" feature. With a single click, the AI will automatically calculate the direction of environmental lighting and reconstruct the lighting details of the object, ensuring the material perfectly matches the background.
In addition to the evolution of visual editing, the new software also made deep optimizations for professional workflows. The long-awaited "Layer Cleanup" tool from last year is now officially available. It can intelligently rename layers and automatically remove redundant items, helping creators free themselves from tedious project organization tasks.
Comprehensive Speed Boost in Image Management
Lightroom's cloud editor also performed outstandingly in this update. Its search system now supports more accurate natural language queries. Users can directly input descriptive words to find specific photos, fundamentally changing the traditional tag-based search experience.
In terms of underlying performance, the response speed of the interaction sliders in the new software has been improved by up to five times. Combined with the newly added range of vintage film presets, photographers will gain a smoother and more controllable post-editing experience when handling large volumes of material.
