On April 23, the Ling Guang App officially announced the list of selected high-quality flash apps for its "100 million incentive plan." Each of the first batch of selected works received at least a 100 yuan red envelope reward. Users can open the Ling Guang App and go to the activity page to check the results.
This incentive plan was launched on April 20. The Ling Guang App has invested 100 million yuan in a special fund to support high-quality flash apps and outstanding creators in two categories: up to 1 million yuan per day to incentivize 10,000 high-quality flash apps with 100 yuan each; up to 1 million yuan per week to reward 100 outstanding creators with 10,000 yuan each. Users can generate flash apps in the Ling Guang App and publish them to the Ling Guang Circle to participate in the selection.

In terms of the evaluation mechanism, starting from April 23, the Ling Guang App will display the "high-quality flash app" selection results on the activity homepage of the Ling Guang Circle every working day. Flash apps not selected can continue to participate in subsequent rounds. The list of the first "10,000 yuan creators" will be announced next Wednesday, and the list of the top 100 "outstanding creators" from the previous week will be announced every Wednesday thereafter.
According to the information, since its launch, the Ling Guang App users have successfully created over 30 million flash apps within five months. These apps cover multiple fields such as games, life, entertainment, and travel. On the 20th, the Ling Guang App announced significant improvements in its capabilities, with notable enhancements in multi-agent collaboration, full-modal generation, and native mobile capabilities. It also launched the Ling Guang Circle, connecting the entire process from creation to sharing.
The Ling Guang App stated that it will continue to promote the implementation of consumer-grade Coding Agents, helping everyone achieve "Wish Coding," thereby accelerating the formation of the "One Person One App" ecosystem.
