At the 2023 Yunqi Conference, Alibaba Cloud unveiled several significant products and technologies. The first highlight was the update to the Tongyi large model family. Alibaba Cloud introduced the Tongyi Qianwen 2.0, a large model with a parameter scale of billions, which surpasses the performance of GPT-3.5 and is catching up to GPT-4. Additionally, Alibaba Cloud released eight industry-specific large models, covering areas such as coding assistants, reading assistants, and AI assistants for work and study. Alibaba Cloud also launched the Alibaba Cloud BaiLian, a one-stop platform for large model application development, which integrates mainstream high-quality large models from both domestic and international sources, and offers services and application development tools including model selection, fine-tuning training, security suites, and model deployment. These large model products will help developers address practical issues and drive the advancement of artificial intelligence technology.
