According to the latest data released by OpenAI, the global weekly active users of ChatGPT are about to exceed 1 billion, marking a significant change in the platform's user structure. Since the release of the app in 2022, male users accounted for as high as 80%, while female users only made up 20%. Now, female users have not only broken through but also exceeded male users, reaching over 50% for the first time.

This means that currently, nearly 500 million women are regularly using ChatGPT. These changes from OpenAI reflect the increasing popularity of artificial intelligence technology, attracting more users from different genders and backgrounds.

In terms of technological development, computing power has become a key factor in determining the success or failure of artificial intelligence. OpenAI's available computing power increased from 0.2 gigawatts in 2023 and is expected to reach approximately 1.9 gigawatts by 2025, with an annual growth rate of three times. This rapid growth is closely related to the over 30-gigawatt agreement signed by OpenAI with companies such as NVIDIA. OpenAI plans to have 30 gigawatts of computing power by 2030.

With the expansion of its user base and the increase in computing power, ChatGPT will be able to provide users with better services and experiences, helping it maintain its leading position in future competition.
