On the seventh day of the Chinese New Year in the Year of the Horse, Ant Group disclosed practical data from the Spring Festival holiday, with its core AI business achieving a major breakthrough: the number of users for Alipay's "AI Pay" exceeded 100 million, and the total user base of the Ant Afu APP also surpassed 100 million. In the first Spring Festival where AI technology entered large-scale application, Ant successfully differentiated itself in the AI battle during the Spring Festival by excelling in payment and health sectors.

In AI-native payments, as AI technology penetrates daily consumption scenarios, Alipay's "AI Pay" experienced a surge during the Spring Festival. Data shows that after the number of transactions exceeded 120 million on February 12, the user count officially surpassed 100 million. This makes Alipay's "AI Pay" the world's first AI-native payment product to achieve both over 100 million transactions and users, marking its official entry into the large-scale commercial phase.

In independent AI health applications, "Ant Afu" rapidly gained national attention and widespread focus through the "Health Fu" campaign and its appearance on the CCTV Spring Festival Gala of the Year of the Horse. Recent data shows that the total user base of the Ant Afu standalone app has quickly exceeded 100 million, becoming the largest health AI app in the world. During the Spring Festival holiday, the trend of returning youth teaching their families to use Afu led to a continuous surge in Afu App downloads, topping the Apple App Store download chart for multiple days. Among the new users of the Ant Afu App during the Spring Festival, 52% came from cities at the third tier and below.

Behind these developments, Ant's AI strategy clearly demonstrates a differentiation approach - while most internet companies compete for general access points, Ant avoids the red ocean competition and focuses on high-barrier sectors such as payments and medical health, which emphasize user trust. This path is actually an extension of Ant's business logic over the past 20 years, using technology to solve specific social issues in real-world scenarios, building commercial barriers while meeting societal needs.

At the same time, these achievements also rely on Ant Group's various results in AGI exploration. Recently, Ant open-sourced the Bailing Large Model 2.5 version, including flagship large models such as the trillion-parameter thinking model Ring-2.5-1T; the company's embodied intelligence team, Lingbo Technology, also open-sourced four models, including LingBot-VLA and LingBot-World for the first time. Progress in foundational models has supported many breakthroughs in application fields.

Ant Group CEO Han Xinyi revealed in a media interview that Ant hopes to use AI to protect users' wealth and health, a vision summarized as the "Two Flowers" AI strategy of "Spending Money" and "Spending Life."
