The National Intellectual Property Administration officially released the first list of "Artificial Intelligence +" intellectual property public service application scenarios on December 22. A total of 18 typical application scenarios were selected in this round, covering 12 provinces including Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang, marking a substantial step forward in the intelligent transformation of intellectual property services in China.

In the list released this time, innovative practices vary from region to region. For example, Beijing focuses on overseas rights protection assistance and collaborative innovation in future industries; Shanghai explores patent dynamic infringement analysis based on large models; Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces have introduced multiple AI intelligent platform, covering comprehensive services from enterprise innovation evaluation to five-dimensional management of trademark brands. In addition, application scenarios in Hebei, Guangdong, and Xinjiang have deeply empowered AI in specific areas such as chemical industry, copyright protection, and inclusive services.

This initiative aims to implement the national guidance on the "Artificial Intelligence +" action in depth, promoting the deep integration of AI technology in intellectual property creation, utilization, protection, and management through scenario cultivation. The National Intellectual Property Administration clearly stated that these 18 pilot projects will enter a one-year construction period, during which strict process management and data security supervision will be enforced to ensure that technological dividends are truly transformed into service efficiency.
