Cainiao and Moxie Group have officially announced a collaboration, planning to jointly develop an intelligent supply chain management system centered on sales forecasting. This system will integrate smart replenishment and full-chain raw material supply functions, aiming to promote the transformation of Moxie Group's supply chain from traditional experience-based approaches to AI-driven solutions.

Moxie Group owns well-known brands such as Moxie Ice City and Lucky Coffee, with stores spread across 13 countries and regions, exceeding 53,000 outlets. This collaboration will see Cainiao using artificial intelligence technology to forecast sales and automatically generate replenishment plans, enabling efficient coordination among procurement, warehousing, and transportation, thereby improving the efficiency of raw material supply. The new system will effectively meet the demand for Moxie Group's business growth, reducing raw material waste and the inefficient occupation of funds.

Cainiao stated that it will continue to increase R&D investment in digitalization and automation, actively expand overseas markets, and has already established local logistics technology teams in the Americas, Asia-Pacific region, the Middle East, and Europe. These teams will ensure the smooth cooperation and delivery of multiple global projects. Currently, Cainiao's logistics technology products have been implemented in 27 countries and regions, with over 800 global collaborative projects.

This collaboration not only demonstrates Cainiao's technical strength in the field of intelligent supply chains but also provides strong support for Moxie Group's future development, helping to enhance overall operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
