According to TechXingqiu, Alibaba's enterprise information inquiry platform "88Cha" is about to launch an App version to further lower the user barrier and officially enter the competitive enterprise information inquiry market.

Previously, "88Cha" had launched a web version, offering core functions such as enterprise business information inquiry, equity structure penetration, and business risk warnings. The upcoming App version aims to bring these services to mobile devices, allowing users to verify partners' qualifications and understand target company backgrounds anytime and anywhere.

The "88Cha" App fills the demand for free enterprise information queries from both B-end and C-end users. For small businesses and individual merchants, free tools can save research costs; for general users, they help avoid job traps and prevent financial fraud. The App allows one-stop inquiry into key information such as company operating abnormalities and legal person credit records.

Backed by Alibaba's powerful big data and AI technologies, "88Cha" is expected to have an advantage in information update speed and query accuracy. For example, through AI algorithms, it can screen and intuitively present key risk points, so users don't need to manually search through massive information.

However, the enterprise information inquiry market has already become a red ocean. Players like Tianyancha and Qichacha have accumulated a large user base and established stable value-added service business models, such as paid memberships and in-depth reports.

"88Cha" takes "free" and "AI" as its entry points, which can attract price-sensitive and tech-savvy users. However, how to achieve profitability on the basis of free services remains its main challenge.
