According to AIbase, Gamma, a startup that focuses on using artificial intelligence technology to automatically create presentations and websites, successfully raised $68 million in a new round of funding. This round was led by the renowned venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), which pushed Gamma's company valuation to $2.1 billion.
Gamma was founded in 2020 as a tool designed to simplify traditional presentation processes. However, since March 2023, the company has decisively shifted its main business to the field of generative AI, a strategic transformation that has brought significant results.

In terms of financial and user data, Gamma's performance is impressive:
Number of users: So far, Gamma claims to have reached 70 million users.
Paying users: Among them, there are 600,000 paying users.
Annual revenue and profitability: Annual revenue has reached $100 million and has been profitable since 2023.
This newly raised funding will be mainly used to support Gamma's three core strategic directions: expanding product lines for enterprise customers, supporting international business growth, and hiring top artificial intelligence talent to further solidify its leading position in the generative AI market.
