Recently, Keling AI officially launched its latest video generation model - Keling 2.5 Turbo, and announced a price reduction of nearly 30% compared to the previous version. This pricing strategy has become a major selling point for Keling AI, showing the differentiation in subscription prices for video large models among manufacturers.

As one of the most computationally intensive industries, the subscription fees for video generation large models are relatively high, ranging from 66 yuan to 1399 yuan. Keling AI's pricing system includes multiple tiers, with the basic membership costing 66 yuan, while platinum, diamond, and black gold memberships cost 266 yuan, 666 yuan, and 1314 yuan respectively. In comparison, the highest-level membership of Hai Luo AI costs as much as 1399 yuan per month, becoming the highest pricing in the industry.

Notably, Baidu was the first to initiate a price war in this field. A month ago, Baidu launched the 2.0 version of its video large model "Steam Engine," announcing a significant price cut, with some products' prices dropping by 70%. Chen Yifan, Vice President of Baidu, stated that this price reduction was due to efforts in GPU computing architecture and engineering optimization, but also acknowledged that despite the price cuts, the investment in video generation large models remains high.

Industry experts generally believe that video generation models have become a fundamental capability for internet giants, although cost issues remain widely concerned. Kuaishou revealed in its second-quarter financial report that Keling AI has achieved a positive gross margin on inference computing power, and stated that the relationship between investment and profit in this field is still manageable.

The differentiated pricing strategies of various manufacturers are also worth attention. Some professional model companies target the premium market, using high pricing strategies to provide stronger model performance; while internet companies like Kuaishou and ByteDance aim to attract more users through low-entry pricing, thereby achieving greater commercial value through advertising and e-commerce.

In terms of market performance, Keling AI is currently the only large model manufacturer to publicly disclose revenue, with its second-quarter revenue exceeding 250 million yuan. The Keling 2.5 Turbo model has made significant improvements in text response, dynamic effects, and video generation stability, laying a solid foundation for its application in fields such as film, short plays, and animation. Recently, Keling AI also participated in the 30th Busan International Film Festival, discussing the future of video generation technology in the film and music industries.
