Invisible Technologies focuses on the development of an AI software platform, dedicated to providing AI training data for enterprises. In a press release, the company's CEO Matthew Fitzpatrick said, "Although there is a lot of attention on AI in the market, most companies are still struggling to put AI models into production and quantify return on investment. Invisible Technologies can change this situation." Its software platform combines an expert marketplace, helping businesses organize, clean, annotate, and map data, thereby building effective workflows and driving business growth.

The platform of Invisible Technologies consists of five modules: Neuron, Atomic, Synapse, Axon, and Expert Marketplace. These modules each have their own responsibilities, providing structure to messy data, building digital workflows, measuring impact, deploying intelligent solutions, and providing human feedback. Among these, the Expert Marketplace module stands out, offering high-quality human experts and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) to its clients. This is particularly important for customers working on large language model development, as they can gain expertise in specific fields, providing customized training data and annotations.

The funds from this financing will be used to further develop its AI software platform and attract more high-end clients, building on the $134 million in revenue generated in 2024. Currently, Invisible Technologies has already established partnerships with several well-known companies, including AWS, Microsoft, and Cohere.
