On September 23, Tencent WorkBuddy Enterprise Edition released the latest progress of its office suite upgrade. Tencent Docs, Tencent LeXiang, Tencent Weiyun, Security and Efficiency Operations Platform, and Tencent AI Design Intelligent Agent Ardot were initially integrated. After the upgrade, the price of Tencent WorkBuddy Enterprise Edition remains unchanged, and capabilities such as documents, knowledge bases, cloud storage, design, and security and efficiency are all incorporated into a unified enterprise office system. Some products offer higher version benefits, which can be purchased on demand in the enterprise control panel.
Tencent WorkBuddy plays the role of an Agent Harness within the suite, providing power to internal products with unified planning, skills, and context capabilities. For enterprises, this achieves "three one": one subscription, one Agent base, and one management console — no longer needing to pay separately for AI features of individual products. Administrators can manage all product credit usage from one entry point, and enable AI across different ends to read and write the same office memory and data, optimizing Agent delivery and output quality, further upgrading the AI-native office experience and enhancing enterprise productivity.
One Subscription, One Management Console, AI-Native Office Experience Upgraded
After the office suite upgrade of Tencent WorkBuddy Enterprise Edition, Tencent Docs, Tencent LeXiang, Tencent Weiyun, Security and Efficiency Operations Platform, and Tencent AI Design Intelligent Agent Ardot are no longer just standalone apps but can be directly called within WorkBuddy. With the capability upgrade, after purchasing the Tencent WorkBuddy Enterprise Edition, enterprises can gain access to membership rights of the above five products at no additional cost. For example, Ardot provides design seats, allowing initial design drafts generated in WorkBuddy's "Design Creative Mode" to be directly refined, collaborated on, and delivered in Ardot.
More importantly than the benefit upgrades, the creation of office content, asset accumulation, and capability reuse will be unified within WorkBuddy, forming an integrated intelligent agent matrix centered around enterprise knowledge flow and content production.
Take Tencent Docs as an example. After the upgrade, meeting minutes, proposals, and standards scattered within it are converted into contexts that agents can directly read, making the document a long-term corporate memory. When starting work, team members don't need to manually compile materials; they can simply hand over the document to WorkBuddy, which carries both the file and background information forward. Humans and AI co-write the same document, with instructions directly written into the original text, and changes automatically merged, with every change traceable to who made it. Each modification and execution is accumulated into corporate knowledge, allowing the next task to start with previous conclusions, continuously improving delivery quality. According to a large agricultural enterprise's production management practice, after collaborating with WorkBuddy and Tencent Docs, eight major production processes' full data can be uniformly collected, intelligently parsed, and daily reports automatically generated, with abnormal AI intelligent identification. It manages repetitive, outdated knowledge or conflicting information, reducing the risk of employees and agents misusing knowledge. Valuable outcomes confirmed by the company can be returned to LeXiang and included in the enterprise knowledge management process for future team use, ensuring continuous support for business delivery.
