Today, Plaud, the world's top-selling AI meeting recorder hardware brand, announced a deep ecosystem collaboration with Tencent WorkBuddy. Through WorkBuddy's capabilities being integrated into Plaud, Plaud officially joining WorkBuddy via its official MCP, and the launch of the Plaud Note Pro WorkBuddy co-branded model, the two companies will further bridge real-world conversations with AI workflows.

This collaboration also marks Plaud's first deep Agent ecosystem partnership in the Chinese market. By deeply integrating their products and technologies, the two companies aim to connect real-world conversations with AI workflows, ensuring that every conversation is not only captured and understood but also enters subsequent workflows, helping users achieve real results and transform them into reusable intelligence and productivity.

From "Meeting Notes" to "Results": Seamlessly Integrate Every Conversation into Workflows

Previously, after meetings, client talks, interviews, and brainstorming sessions, users often had to switch between different tools to organize, analyze, write, and execute tasks.

In this collaboration, Plaud integrates WorkBuddy's intelligent agent and ecosystem capabilities. After completing recording, transcription, and summarization, users can generate work outcomes such as PPTs, proposals, and reports directly within the Plaud App using natural language. For example, after a client meeting, Plaud can produce structured notes, key conclusions, and action items. Users can then further call on WorkBuddy's capabilities to turn the meeting content into a client proposal and make multiple rounds of revisions as needed.

Moving from "what happened" to "completing the next step."

From "Generating Results" to "Cross-Platform Sharing": Let Work Flow Naturally Continue

This collaboration also further打通 (breaks through) cross-platform workflows between Plaud and WorkBuddy. The notes, proposals, and PPTs generated in Plaud can be synchronized to WorkBuddy via the cloud, allowing users to view and continue processing them across devices such as mobile phones and computers. When further progress is needed, users can use WorkBuddy's ecosystem collaboration features to send proposals to clients or partners, add action items to their calendar, or continue using other Agent capabilities to complete subsequent tasks.

Thus, a real-world conversation no longer ends with a single note but continues into result generation, task execution, and follow-up collaboration.

From "One Conversation" to "Reusuable Assets": Let Conversation Information Generate Continuous Value

Another important capability of this collaboration is that Plaud's MCP has officially entered WorkBuddy. After user authorization, WorkBuddy can call information such as recordings, transcriptions, and summaries from Plaud through standardized interfaces, using it as context for task completion.

Users do not need to manually download, export, or upload files; they just need to describe the problem they want to solve. WorkBuddy can then search for relevant historical conversations within the authorized scope and further analyze and handle tasks by combining emails, documents, calendars, and other information. For example, when users want to understand a client's communication history over a certain period, they can search and analyze based on different time frames, projects, and conversation contents, and further generate reports or proceed with follow-up tasks.

Conversations in the real world, once one-time records, now become assets that can continuously provide value in subsequent work.

From an AI Meeting Recorder to a New Interface Connecting Real World and AI Agents

As AI agents move from answering questions to performing tasks, the information that AI needs to understand is expanding beyond documents, emails, and databases, and now includes human-to-human interactions in the real world. The vast amount of information generated in scenarios like meetings, client visits, interviews, and brainstorming sessions represents crucial but long-term unstructured context in users' work.

What Plaud is exploring is how to let AI more naturally connect these real-world pieces of information. "Plaud is building a new interface connecting the real world and AI agents," said Raymond Sun, partner and head of APAC business at Plaud. "We hope that every real conversation is not only captured and understood but also enters subsequent workflows, becoming the starting point of results, actions, and continuous reuse. This collaboration with WorkBuddy is an important practice in the Chinese market for this direction." (Pending)

Open Collaboration, Continuously Exploring New Workflows in the Agent Era

Facing the rapidly developing AI office market, Plaud does not aim to replicate a complete office ecosystem. Instead, it hopes to explore new workflows in the Agent era by focusing on its strength in capturing and understanding real-world information, and through open and standardized approaches, working with outstanding AI capabilities.

WorkBuddy is Plaud's first deep Agent ecosystem partner in the Chinese market. This collaboration also marks an important step for Plaud in further deepening its presence in the Chinese market.
